Our company is a professional plastic injection moulding, plastic injection mould, rubber mould and Die casting mould manufacturer in shenzhen of China.
We have Wire Cut Machines, High Speed CNC Machines, EDM, Milling Machines, Grinder, Cmm Measurement Systems, Hardness Tester and some other machines in house. We also can offer mould and product design. Our staff are good at communicating in English.they will manage your project wholly for every process. Meanwhile, we always do business with many foreign customers who are from the USA, the Turkey, the Europe and so on, so we are full of experience to make products.
We are specialized in building moulds with cams, slides, lifters, core pull, collapsible core and automatic unscrewing actions.we stock steel P20( HRC28-32) , H13( HRC48-52) , S7( HRC54-56) , 420SS( HRC48-52) with high glass and anticorrosive, which are bought from the U.S.A, Germany, Sweden. We use standard components from DME, Progressive, HASCO ect. Every year we produce about 100 runner less mould using DME, INCOE, Mold Master, HUSKY, Mastip, Synventive and Yudo systerms. we will offer COC for all steel, mould system and mould standard parts.
